Who we are
This website is operated by Umit Caybas, trading as Caybas Digital (ABN 12537209175), of 80 Yillowra St, Auburn NSW 2144, Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, website address and message you provide, and the service you say you are interested in. Nothing else on this site asks for personal information.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which it keeps for security and operational purposes.
Analytics and consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. The analytics script is loaded only after you grant consent through the banner, and your choice is stored in your browser. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics data is collected. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
How we use information
Contact form submissions are used to reply to you, to run the qualifying crawl for an audit if you ask for one, and to prepare a quote. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and stored in its form handling service. Your email address, the service you asked about and, if you used the free site check, its results are also sent to Klaviyo, the email platform we use to send the newsletter and to follow up enquiries; you are only added to a mailing list when you subscribe or tick the box, and every email carries an unsubscribe link. Analytics data, when you have consented, is processed by Google. These providers may store data outside Australia. We do not share personal information with any other third party except where the law requires it.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@caybasdigital.com.au. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
