  1. 01We never quote an integration off a phone call. Discovery and scoping is a paid gate, credited against the build if it proceeds within 30 days.
  2. 02Third-party platform and API fees are named in every quote, and who pays is settled in writing before work starts.
  3. 03You own the code, the accounts, the credentials and the test suites.

Start with discovery and scoping unless the job is a connector-level automation in Zapier, Make or n8n with no custom code. A standard integration is one system in one direction with custom code and tests. Two-way sync and multi-system work adds conflict handling and reconciliation.
