What does Premium add?

The Trade Website Package is a ten-page site built to be found. Premium is the same site plus the work that decides whether a trade gets chosen once it is found. Seven things are added at build time, each of them a piece of one-off work that a Standard client could buy separately and that together cost less as a package.

The first is the Google Business Profile. Most calls to a trade come from the map, and a profile with the wrong categories, a missing service area or a services list that does not match the site is where those calls go missing. We set it up or clean it up to match the site exactly: categories, service areas, the services with descriptions, hours, photos, the review link and the first posts.

The second is suburb pages. Up to five suburb or region pages, each with copy written for it rather than the suburb name swapped into a template, each with its own structured data. They are held to the same rules we apply to our own city pages: a minimum length, unique copy and a cap on how similar they may be to each other, because search engines notice when five pages are one page five times.

Reviews, bookings and listings

The third addition is a review collection kit: a short link and a QR code for the van, the invoice and an SMS template, all landing on your Google review form, plus a reviews page on the site that updates from your profile. Reviews decide the call once the search has found you, and the kit makes asking for them part of finishing a job.

The fourth is a quote or booking hand-off. The contact form feeds the tool you already run, whether that is ServiceM8, Tradify, simPRO, AroFlo or a calendar, as a connector in your own automation account, so a job is typed once. On its own this is a connector-level integration from $850 + GST; in Premium it is included.

The fifth is citations: your business listed identically, name, address and phone, on the directories and associations that keep appearing when AI engines answer questions about your trade. Consistent entity data is what those engines and Google match on, and inconsistency is the most common reason a machine cannot decide who a business is.

The launch check and the email

The sixth addition is a launch AI visibility check. We run the prompt set from the SEO and AI Readiness Audit, built for your trade and area, across the AI engines, and report whether you appear, where, who else is named and whether the description is accurate. It is a baseline on day one. Businesses that want to track it take the Signal retainer, which repeats the measurement every month.

The seventh is professional email on your domain, set up in your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account. The subscription is yours and paid by you; we set it up so the address on the van matches the address on the site.

Pricing and hosting

Premium is $1,950 + GST. Hosting is $50 a month + GST, the same as the Standard package, and includes no content changes; any change to a page is $100 a page + GST once you supply the content. We chose one hosting price for both packages deliberately: a low hosting fee is what justifies charging for changes, and it keeps the arithmetic honest. A business that changes often takes the website care plan instead, at $180 a month + GST for three page updates or $250 + GST for five.

You own everything: the domain, the files, the analytics, the profile, the email account and the content. Cancel hosting any month and you receive the repository and a static export.

Premium fits a trade or local business that competes in more than one suburb, depends on reviews, and is tired of re-typing jobs from the website into the job system.
