Trade Website Package

What does the package include?

The package is a website of ten pages, built from the same template every time and tailored to your industry every time. The five service pages are named for your trade before you fill in a single form: the websites page lists them for every industry we build for, from electricians and plumbers to cafés and physiotherapists. Around those five sit a home page, a services overview, a gallery, a reviews page and a contact page with a form.

Each service page is a real page, not a paragraph. It has its own title, a direct answer to the question the page exists for, a FAQ, and structured data describing the service, because five thin pages rank worse than one good one and the template makes the depth cheap. The gallery is built from your photos, sized and lazy-loaded. The reviews page is seeded from the reviews you already have on Google. The contact form reaches your inbox, and can reach your phone by SMS if you want it to.

Why is it $800 + GST?

Because the build is a configuration, not a design project. Your business name, address, phone, licence number, services and areas are declared once in a questionnaire, and every template, every internal link, the sitemap and the structured data on every page are generated from them. The house template supplies the layout; your logo, photos and one accent colour make it yours. Copy is written from industry templates and edited once. There is one review round before launch, and further rounds are page updates.

Everything that usually gets sold back to a small business a year later is built in on day one: LocalBusiness, Service and FAQ structured data on every page, your business described identically on the site and on your Google profile, deliberate crawler access for the bots behind ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, an llms.txt file, and Core Web Vitals within threshold on every template. Nobody at this price does that, and it is what makes the site measurable later.

What does hosting include, and what does it not?

Hosting is $50 a month + GST and covers the server, the SSL certificate, uptime monitoring, security and platform updates, daily backups and the pipeline that deploys the site after running its tests. It includes no content changes at all. That is a deliberate line: it is what keeps hosting at $50 + GST rather than $180 + GST.

Any change to a page is $100 a page + GST. You send the content or the change, we apply it, test it and publish it, and one page changed counts as one update however much changes on it. A business that changes often is better served by the website care plan, which includes three page updates a month for $180 + GST or five for $250 + GST, with you providing all content.

There is no lock-in. Cancel hosting any month and you receive the repository and a static export of the site; the domain was always yours.

Who is it for, and who is it not for?

It is for sole traders and small crews who need to be found and called: trades, clinics, salons, cafés, agents, practices. The websites page shows the package as it would look for each of thirty-two industries, with the pages named, the integrations that trade uses and the details the site must display.

It is not for a business whose website is a sales tool with a specific job, a catalogue with a checkout, or a site that needs a layout of its own. Those are the launch website build, scoped to the business from $2,900 + GST, and the Shopify store build, quoted after scoping. Layout requests during a package build move the job to the launch build, and we say so before starting.

What can be added?

The Premium Website Package adds the things that decide whether a trade gets chosen rather than just found: a Google Business Profile setup, up to five suburb pages, a review collection kit, a booking hand-off into the tool you already use, directory listings, a launch AI visibility check and professional email, for $1,950 + GST with the same $50 + GST hosting. Individual add-ons, from an emergency call bar at $50 + GST to a pricing page at $100 + GST and a profile setup at $350 + GST, are listed with their prices on the websites page and can be added to either package.
